Between Health And Wealth

My name is Jit.

17 years ago, I had neither health nor wealth.

I couldn’t even afford my first machine.

I paid in instalments.

Today — 26 machines later —

every one funded by the business.

I’m not a doctor.

I’m not a salesperson.

I just made a decision.

And that changed everything.

You drink water every day.

But let me ask you something…

Why are you still tired?

Still aging faster than you should?

What if the problem…

isn’t how much water you drink —

but the water itself?

Your health is not standing still.

It’s either getting better…

or getting worse.

There is no pause button.

The difference is not knowledge.

The difference is decision.

Same starting point.

Different outcome.

“Honestly… I didn’t expect much.

I thought it’s just water.

But after about 3 months…

my energy changed. My skin cleared.

Now my whole family is drinking it.”

Marcus, Age 52

"I was skeptical at first — I thought it was just water. But the active hydrogen test convinced me. One month in, my blood pressure readings improved and my doctor asked what I was doing differently. That's when I knew it was real."

Aisha, Network Builder

"What impressed me most wasn't just my health improving — it's that Jit showed me this is a real business. I started sharing with friends and within 6 months I've recovered my machine investment 3 times over. Health AND wealth, just like he promised."

You’ve seen what others experienced.

The question is…

will you wait and see?

Or make a decision today?

Hydrate with Jit

Your doctor said
drink 8 glasses a day.
But nobody told you this.

We have been told since young to drink more water. But an 80kg man and a 45kg woman do not need the same amount. A child and an adult do not need the same amount. And a baby definitely is not drinking 8 glasses a day.

So why do people still repeat that number as if it fits everyone? The truth is — your body deserves a number based on your body, not a guess.

The simple formula:

Your body weight (kg) ÷ 20 = litres of water your body needs in a day.

A 60kg person needs about 3 litres a day. Across 17 waking hours, that is only around 176ml an hour. Suddenly it stops feeling impossible.

But here is the deeper question.

Some people drink 2 or 3 litres and still feel tired, dry, heavy, foggy, or dehydrated.

When someone cannot hit the amount, frequency of drinking comes first. Most people actually can do it — they just do not have the habit of drinking regularly.

Then after that, quality of water becomes the next layer to look at.

Why this matters

Most people are trying to force themselves to hit a random number. But when you break it down into smaller sips every hour, every 30 minutes, every 15 minutes, or even every 5 minutes, it suddenly feels achievable.

Small sips. Better rhythm. Easier habit.
Hydration feels more achievable when the amount becomes visual and practical. Build the habit first. Then improve the quality of the water you drink.

Slide your weight. Set your waking time. Then let the calculator break it down into simple small sips.

Every 5 minutes

Most people can hit this. The real problem is usually not the amount — it is the lack of a consistent drinking habit. Start with frequency first. Then improve the quality of the water you drink.

Why people still feel “not right” even when they drink more

“I already drink a lot. Why do I still feel dry or tired?”

Because hydration is not only about volume. If someone still struggles to hit the daily amount, the first thing to fix is frequency and drinking habit. Then the next question is the quality of water.

“So is 8 glasses wrong?”

It is a very general rule. The issue is not that it is always wrong — the issue is that it is often repeated as though it fits everyone.

“What should I do with this number?”

Use it as a practical guide. Break it into smaller and more achievable drinking intervals through the day, so your body gets regular input instead of last-minute catch-up drinking.
